Website Support Policy
We are happy to help you with issues relating to the website and templates, customization, technical support, and any problems that might arise. You can submit a support ticket on our website or directly from your website backend.
Our general support does not have the capacity to help with custom modifications that are beyond the scope included with your purchase. We will let you know what can be done or suggest alternatives. You can also inquire about a “Designer’s Touch” session for done-for-you graphics and customization.
Website Setup Policy
We will always do our best to have your setup and questions answered within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) but please understand that this time frame may vary and although unlikely, we can’t guarantee that it won’t take longer.
We are responsible for your site accessibility and range of tools promised, as well as support for these. We also promptly apply security patches, plugin updates, and complete backups for your site.
We always recommend testing out contact forms, product purchases, appointments, and opt-in to ensure complete functionality as intended, but can not guarantee reliability of open source plugins or any other third party software.
Under no circumstances can we be held liable by you for any damages in excess of the amount paid for up to 12 months of membership.
You will need a Wellness Coaching Websites subscription to keep your website online and all of your software and premium plugins up to date. While there are no refunds on subscription purchases paid, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Wellness Coaching Websites Account page. If you fail to make a membership renewal payment we will attempt to notify you that your payment has failed. If a payment has failed, it is your responsibility to update your payment info in order to keep your website active. We allow a 7-day grace period. After the grace period is over and a payment has not been made, your website will be taken offline. You can reactivate your membership and restore your website within a period of 90 days.
